2008 Season
   Coach 'G', Coach Mary and Coach Steve joined the program in 2008. During their first season, the Tartars had a 28-5 overall record, won the Pioneer League with a 9-1 record, and advanced to the CIF-SS Division V final for the first time in our school's history.
   In tournaments, the Tartars placed 4th at the Al Valdez Downey Classic, won the Consolation Championship at the Woodbridge and won the El Segundo Tournament.
   The Tartars finished the 2008 regular season ranked No. 1 in CIF-SS Division V and ranked No. 2 in the South Bay by the Daily Breeze. The Tartars were ranked No. 24 in the final L.A. Times rankings.   CalHi Sports recognized Torrance as the 10th-ranked softball program

2009 season
   The Tartars faced a competive schedule and finished with a 22-12 record.
   In tournaments, the Tartars took second place at the Al Valdez Downey Classic, placed second in the silver bracket at the Clark Charger Invitational in Las Vegas and was the runner-up at the Santiago (Corona) Spring Fling.
   In the postseason, the Tartars beat Dos Pueblos and Aquinas to advance to the CIF Southern Section Division IV quarterfinals, where they lost to La Quinta in nine innings.
 
2010 season
   The Tartars went 10-0 to complete their first undefeated Pioneer League championship

   The Tartars also advanced to the CIF semifinals for the second time in school history, falling 1-0 to eventual CIF champion Santa Monica.
   Torrance finished the season with a 22-10 overall record.  It also placed fourth at the Al Valdez Downey Classic.
 
2011 season
   The Tartars advanced to the CIF quarterfinals for the fourth consecutive year. The tem went 7-3 in the Pioneer League.
   Torrance finished the season with a 20-12 overall record.  It also placed second at the Loara Tournament.
